目前部分产品出口沙特需要COPC/IECEE。沙特阿拉伯标准局与海关合作下：宣布了“产品合格证（COPC）”的执行计划。
　　IECEE:CEE与IEC合并为IECEE，IEC国际电工委员会授权下开展工作的国际认证组织。它的全称是“国际电工委员会电工产品合格测试与认证组织”。它的前身是CEE——欧洲电工设备合格测试委员会。IECEE-CB体系是“关于电工产品测试证书的相互认可体系”

　　1) Certification Body Test Certificate(CBTC):CB证书
　　2) Certification Body Test Report(CBTC):CB报告
　　3) English/Arabic Manual:英语/阿拉伯语说明书
　　4) Declaration Letter from the Importer:进口商保函
　　5) Product photo showing the marking(manufacturer name.country of origin,model number,electrical ratings,brand name) and product measurement:产品照片（制造商名称，MADE IN CHINA，型号，电压，功率，频率，商标）和产品尺寸照
　　6) Declaration Letter from the manufacturer:制造商保函
　　7) Industrial License certificate(MCI)(Manufacturer):制造商营业执照
　　8)Commercial Registration certificate(CR)(Importer):进口商营业执照
　　9) Letter of Authorization form:授权书
　　10) CITC Certificate （仅手机或者可以安装SIM卡的设备需要）
　　11) In case the products are Mobile Phones or device with Charger,provide also the following:带电充电器的移动设备还需以下资料
　　A. CBR Report (test report from IECEE lab) for the charger.
　　B. CBTC (certification body test certificate).
　　C. Photos of the charger showing the marking (including electrical ratings,brand name,country of origin and photo of plug-SASO2203) and product measurement.
